YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED

If you are not happy with a product, please return it to us following the instructions below WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT in the original unused condition (including product package etc.) and you will receive a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. When a refund is desired, please note that we cannot refund the shipping charges which are paid to the shipper.

Warranty:

All products carry one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if any item becomes defective, we will repair or replace the product for you. Please contact us for shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for sending the defective product to the repair/replacement address with an insured and traceable shipping method.

Returns:

No Return Authorization is necessary, but you do need to email us or call us before your return to make sure we are expecting the return. We will be able to credit you after the receipt of the return. Please mark your order number outside the package. We would appreciate if you write us a note to let us know what the problem is and return any paperwork you receive with your order. Please include also a phone number and an email address. Please make all claims within 15 days of receipt of your order.

“Same day shipping” applies on morning orders of business days, entered by noon (12:00pm) Pacific Time.
